1) What is considered a winning YouTube Video contest entry?

2) Is the Admin the judge, or is it based on something different?

3) What video-makers do others use to create a video? I tried using Windows Movie Maker to make mine but the program didn't work...so I used Stupeflix for the 1-time freebie... To make more, I need other resources...Any ideas, please?

4) How many times can you re-submit a video/is there a restriction to how soon you can beyond the first week?
