I recently redeemed the 800 MS Live Points via the Weekly Tickets (for my brother)...
and it's not crediting him the points... It's giving him an error code 801613FB ...
Does this happen often to other MS Live point redeemers?
How do we fix this issue so that we can redeem the 800 MSL Points?  |

Same here i did the 800 MSL points, got same code message said unable to retrieve from xbox live that was last week so I emailed stuff points, they said the codes they were given from best buy were not activated and they were working hard to replace them, I haven't gotten an email since or an update yet but i will let you know if I find out more or recieve my points. Hope it helps  |
