So I just got to the point where my account needs phone/mail verification, I tried the phone one but the call didnt come through and the verification page is stuck with "you should be recieving a call now". Is there any way to reset this or should I just wait for the confirmation PIN in the post? If so, how long does it usually take to arrive in the UK? |

Everyone else, dont get worried about this! Most users redeem without having to verify their phone. Some users want to level up to Bronze+ which requires verifying your account so we can give you access to more features. |

I am up to the bronze and it says i need to verify but i have verified once before now it says pending i clicked resend verify to mail and all it sent me was my logon info, i can verify phone cause it says i can do that to but idk how to do that. Can you help me |

can someone help me i Redeeming my first Rewards, and it says that it want PIN to verify my account but for the moment nothing on my phone i typed my phone number currently.
So what now i have to do just wait?
Can someone from the admins to send mi that PIN on my mail or like sms on my phone number ?
I'm from Bulgaria if this is the problem ...
